At Buzzing Bee Holistic Hive, we use the Panchakosha framework and the B.E.E. Model to work with middle-aged women (Middle Aged-Goldies) and youths (Bumble Bees) to realign their emotional patterns and grow with joy and purpose.

About Me

Life is a journey of constant change, much like a river flowing through different landscapes. Middle age brings transitions-children leaving home, shifting relationships, and health changes - which stir emotions like uncertainty, restlessness, and resistance to life’s natural flow.

A few years ago, I found myself searching for clarity and balance, feeling the pull of midlife emotions, much like Vata energy in motion. Even those closest to me couldn’t fully understand my inner shifts. That’s when I realized the most profound truth: true peace comes from within.

As a holistic life coach, trained in both Western and Eastern studies of personal transformation, my style of coaching combines different philosophies to guide middle-aged individuals and the younger generation to realign their emotions, navigate transitions with ease, and build resilience. When we align with our true selves, we don’t just survive - we thrive.

Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, Ayurveda, and self-reflection, I embraced a holistic approach that transformed my life. Accepting my flaws with grace, I stepped into 50 years of age with a deep calling to share this wisdom with others.

    A hive thrives through connection, and so do we. In our Buzzing Bee community, we uplift and support each other on the journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. However, what we do extends into the broader community we are all a part of.

    Bee has hosted numerous events, from card-making for patients in local hospitals, senior citizens, and service members to volunteer workshops for children. Bee’s programs aim to make a positive impact, with many of these initiatives and any proceeds going to support charitable causes that uplift the community.
